Careful handling of your registration of interest.
We only collect the information needed to understand interest in the school and, if you choose, to keep you updated.
What is stored?
The guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, municipality, postal code and optional area. For each child we store year of birth, current grade, expected grade in fall 2028 and, if you choose to provide it, first name. We also store your answers about interest, realistic school areas and optional free-text answers.
Why do we process the information?
The information is used to analyze actual student demand ahead of the application, to develop the project and to understand families' geographical circumstances. If you tick that you want updates, your contact details are also used for that purpose.
Who has access?
The information is not public. It is stored in a private database and is only accessible to authorized members of the team behind Brighter Future. It is never sold.
How long is it kept?
The information is kept while it is needed for the project's planning, application and relevant follow-up. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted. You can ask for information about your data or request correction or deletion through the project's contact channel once it is published.
Important about the registration
The registration of interest is completely non-binding. It is not an application for a school place, guarantees no place and gives no priority on any future waitlist.
